Enough is Enough!

Remember back in the good old days when someone made a map or a mod in DeusEx they were proud of it, They couldn't wait to share it with others? WTF happened to this community?
I mean really! Now a days when someone makes a mod they hord it like gold and never release it! People like JimBowen and alpha clan started that whole trend. Then they leave the game for years and never make anything public. I think it's disgusting! Yet they call themselves pillars of the community. HA! BS!
Enough is Enough!
Then when I go into MY downloaded cache folder and pull the old files out and revive them I am called a thief. Well That's not the way I see it. I call it keeping DX alive. You can call it what you want but I am sure you know by now you can't say anything that will hurt my feelings. I have been in this game longer than most. But because I chose not to get involved with the clans and the forums I was an outcast made to be the enemy of all. It's just stupid. LOL
Enough is Enough!
If you have maps or mods,now is the time to share! I have plenty of dxmp files already and I am planning to open a download site so if you have something email it to me as an attachment to skoobyj@netzero.net and I will make it happen.

I want everyone to really think about this topic, it is important if you know someone who mods, get them to release them to the public! There seems to be a real drive in some of these people to do whatever it takes to be the only server out there. That's not the way it should be. The thing they don't get is that if everyone wasn't in a pissing match to have the most popular server, there would be less people leaving the game and more people joining the servers.
The truth and fact of the matter is, It's up to the player to decide where he likes and wants to be and how he wants to play. I am no threat to the serious gaming servers because My server is basically a cool place to chill. I have spent all my spare time trying to make it fun for all. I try to have something for everyone in my server. You can kill and fight if you want to or you can dick around and build or just chat there if you want to. You all that want the best fighting server... Have it, that's not what I am doing. I am here like I said to provide a safe and fun place to chill.
If you don't like it, piss off don't go in there. I don't come in your servers. But for funk sake let players go where they want without telling tall tales to scare the noobs off, LOL and for petes sake share your work for all to enjoy. That's how this game got started; people sharing their work for the rest of us to enjoy!!! The way it should be!!
